This was the result of the rain and the kiddos getting restless...
Don't ask, because I have no idea!
On Fridays we are starting a new family night tradition, we are having a themed dinner night with music, games, etc. This last Friday was Fiesta Night, we decorated the kitchen in bright colors, the kids had soft tacos, we had taco salads, had music going in the background, we had a fiesta dance party (what Henry is doing in the picture below), then after Jayce went to sleep we played games with Henry. It was sooooo much fun, that this Friday is Italiano Night!!
*** THE 4TH OF JULY ***
We celebrated Independence Day in our usual fashion, we head over to Tomball and have a picnic and wait for the firework show. It lived up to its reputation of been great and we had a good time waiting for it to start.
Jayce was not cooperating, so we took a picture without the little toot!
He was too busy exploring! He is what his short says "Mr. Independent"
Though Henry is going to play with Jayce whether he likes it or not!
We got a couple picture together. So rare!

Okay this was the best we could do for a family pic, don't ask on Jayce again, I have no idea why he is covering his ears, there are no fireworks going on, no loud noises. Who knows!!

He still would not sit there and made his rounds to everybody!

Then to daddy's lap for the grand finale, which from the look on his face he was not so sure about! Henry on the other hand thought it was AWESOME!!!
Another great week. Next week me and the boys have a roadie down to the valley to see John's parents and sister, it should be interesting to see how the ride down will be. I am praying for the best. BUT, once there, I know we will have so much fun and Henry is sooooo excited about spending a week down there with his two favorite cousins: Tay-Tay and Mykel. We even had to go and buy new converse, because that is what the kiddos where and he wanted to have a pair too!!
