@@@ Summer in July @@@

One word: HOT! Yet, we are still having fun, just trying to find alternatives to being outside. A lot has been happening, so I am pretty much going to let the pictures do the talking for me!!

I. Swim Lessons
Henry started swim lessons last week and let me tell you; they did not start off smoothly. The water is a bit cold for Henry's taste and for the first two lessons I thought would be our last. I saw that he was doing well though and I had to listen to my gut rather than my softy momma heart and pushed him to keep them up. Now, he loves them and wants to continue the lessons. Which I agreed to, but we decided private lessons would be better and be more beneficial to him.

First day before we got in the pool -

*I just love this picture of Henry*

II. A special visitor
We are very grateful to have Taylor with us this week. Henry is having a blast with his cousin and we are trying to do as much as we can in the short time she is staying with us.

I have to throw this picture in, I found this swimsuit and have been waiting for it to fit Jayce, it is sooooooooooo adorable!!

Of course they have been swimming. (Yes, Jess she has sun screen on ;))

Tay-Tay is a huge help with Jayce

III. Blue Bell Creamery
We visited Blue Bell this morning. It was a neat little trip and hey, who wouldn't want free ice cream!!

Waiting for the tour to start

Blue Bell lover in the making

After the tour in their Blue Bell shirts

Blue Bell Baby

1st refrigerated ice cream truck

hmmmmm? What is the next flavor???

Jayce was ecstatic about the tour!

Just being silly...

We are hoping to do more, but we are a bit short on time. Hopefully we can get some more fun things in before Taylor has to head back home. Hope everyone is having a great summer.
XOXO

Sounds like lots of fun! I feel for you guys with the HOT weather, it isn't so bad here. My parents left this morning, they said they would miss the cooler weather. Henry looks so grown up in that one picture, what a handsome boy!
